Full Professor at IULM University,  Adjunct Professor at Bocconi University, consultant and chartered accountant. Vast and long-lasting experience in litigation support, valuation, IAS-IFRS and Italian GAAP accounting, management consulting. Co-founder of Partners S.p.A.
